Characteristics of Services:
1.    Passenger Insurance: we take out passenger insurance of NTD 2,000,000 and passenger accident medical insurance of NTD 200,000 for each car.
2.    Mineral Water, Chargers and WI-FI: all available in the car and your phone won’t be out of battery for those who are in business trip.
3.    The Additional Cost of Purchase for Car Seat: according to the government regulation “the implementation and propaganda of the car seats safety for compact cars with children”, the children under 12 years old should use seat belt or car seat (backless car seat) when they are taking a car. If you are with young children, please inform us when you book our services. The car seat (backless car seat) if for free but the cleaning fee NTD 200 is required.

Service Rules:
1.    The promotions from drivers are forbidden.
2.    Overcharging the carfare which is more than the quotation (except for the overtime rate).
3.    No smoking, drinking, and betel nut in the car.
4.    Bad attitude of drivers.
5.    The driver takes a detour.

Note:
1.    29” suitcase is calculated as 1 suitcase.
2.    Please book 2 days in advance.
3.    We’ll quote separately for cities which are outside of Taipei and New Taipei City.
4.    If the tour finished earlier, there would be no refund of the carfare.
5.    We’ll quote separately for returning to different place from departure.
6.    The overtime rate is over half hour = 1 hour.
7.    No deposit is required for 1 day charter service. Please book in advance. The cancellation should be informed us 3 days in advance. There will not be any risk for the charter service. However for the overnight tours, there is an exception that 30% deposit is required. This is because the driver has to book the hotel as well and there will be no refund of the deposit for any cancellation. We would be appreciated for your understanding of the deposit for overnight tours.
